The CEO of WinnResidential Military Housing Services engaged R-A Associates to perform an in-depth study of maintenance operations at its Fort Hood Family Housing operation, with the intention to adopt best practices identified in the study across all 32 military housing installations managed by Winn (40,000+ single family homes).
At the completion of the study, Thomas Riegelman was hired by Winn on a full time basis to implement the recommendations made in the study.
