Starwood Hotels and Resorts engaged R-A Associates to write a series of operating policy and procedure manuals. 11 manuals related to Fire and Life Safety, and 5 other manuals related to other operational areas such as Property Inspections, Cooling Tower Operation, etc. These manuals were intended for use in the full service hotels managed by Starwood, and were commissioned by the VP of Engineering for the company.
